Synopsis : Initially, the Smurfs live peaceful and peace in their beloved village. Nobody ever entrants into the village until Gargamel Smurf (Hank Azaria) and her cat managed to find this hidden village. Out of fear, the Smurfs also attempted to flee and find safe haven.In a panic Clumsy Smurf (Anton Yelchin) entered into a small cave which is actually forbidden cave. Unfortunately, some other Smurf Clumsy Smurf was even followed into the cave. Previous Papa Smurf (Jonathan Winters) had warned so no Smurfs who entered this forbidden cave.

Apparently, this cave is a portal that brought the Smurfs this into another world. Without realizing it, the Smurfs are thrown into New York and could not find a way to go home. Luckily, the Smurfs are getting refuge in a house mate Patrick Winslow (Neil Patrick Harris) and Grace (Jayma Mays). With a refuge, the Smurfs are trying to find a way to return to their villages before Gargamel managed to find them. (kl/rock)
